- + the rooms were excellent! What made my stay so lovely was how the staff at the hotel was so friendly, attentive and helpful. i was going out one morning and it was raining and the woman behind the reception offered her personal umbrella to me, it was lots of small touches like this which really made my stay special. - + Location of the hotel was really nice. Staffs were exceptionally helpful and kind. I really enjoyed staying here. Also, on the New Year's Eve, we were provided complementary wine bu the hotel. It was lovely. I would like to visit there again whenever I visit there.
